Join a Global Coaching Community. Our client is looking for a skilled Career Coach freelance to join their growing coaching community in an EdTech setting. In this role, you'll provide guidance and support to learners at various stages of their career journey. You'll be working with individuals enrolled in postgraduate courses with internationally recognised universities and institutions, helping them to achieve their career goals and develop key skills for the future of work.

What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like (Responsibilities & Structure of this Role)
- Deliver innovative and engaging career coaching sessions to support learners in maximising their career opportunities, including:
- One-to-one coaching on individual career planning, career development, and job search strategies
- Group coaching on skills development, career and personal development
- Team coaching on developing effective and cohesive team working
Requirements
What you'll need to succeed (Personal Attributes & Experience Requirements)
- Reliable internet, your own laptop with video and audio/mic functionality to conduct online sessions
- In-depth experience as a career coach with a track record of coaching professionals at all levels to start, change, and advance their careers
- Extensive experience in delivering innovative, engaging career development models and frameworks, including one-to-one, group, and team coaching, as well as training workshops (online and face-to-face) and content delivery
- Experience coaching professionals to advance their careers in the digital skills industry. Recruitment and/or outplacement experience is highly desirable
- Skilled in managing confidential, sensitive information and personal data
- A strong collaborator with a proven ability to quickly build rapport and foster strong coaching partnerships with clients
- Ability to work flexibly to deliver coaching remotely to clients in locations worldwide
- Empathic, curious, and motivational approach, ensuring clients have an exceptional experience throughout their career transition journey
Qualifications
- Recognised ICF (ACC plus preferred), COMENSA, or EMCC accredited coaching qualification is advantageous
- At least 2 years of career coaching experience, not as part of another role like HR, management, etc
- Demonstrable commitment to regular coach supervision and continuous professional development (CPD)
- Qualification in or previous experience of administering and coaching on psychometric tools is highly desirable
Benefits
Working independently as a coach means that you'll be paid an hourly rate for sessions and to attend a few monthly meetings and check-ins. You'll have dedicated coachees assigned to you and can manage your diary accordingly on our CRM system.
