Our client is seeking a skilled freelance Career Coach to join their growing coaching community within an EdTech environment. In this role, you\’ll provide guidance and support to learners at various career stages, working with individuals enrolled in postgraduate courses at internationally recognized universities and institutions. Your goal will be to help them achieve their career objectives and develop key skills for the future of work.

Your Mission

To deliver an exceptional coaching experience that equips digital talent with the skills and tools necessary to advance their careers, foster self-leadership, and attain meaningful career outcomes.

Daily Responsibilities

Deliver innovative, engaging coaching sessions to support learners\’ career maximization, including:

One-to-one coaching on career planning, development, and job search strategies
Group coaching focused on skills and personal development
Team coaching to develop effective team collaboration

Encourage and motivate learners to follow through with their career development plans.

Conduct live coaching sessions across different time zones globally.

Build and sustain networks within industry, recruitment, and employer communities to facilitate employment opportunities for learners.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Reliable internet connection and own laptop with video and audio/mic capabilities for online sessions.
Proven experience as a career coach, with a track record coaching professionals at various levels.
Experience delivering innovative career development models across one-to-one, group, and team coaching, including workshops (online and face-to-face) and content delivery.
Experience coaching professionals in the digital skills industry; recruitment and outplacement experience is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
Strong rapport-building skills and ability to foster coaching partnerships.
Flexibility to deliver remote coaching worldwide.
Empathic, curious, and motivational approach to client engagement.

Qualifications

Recognized coaching qualification (ICF ACC or higher preferred, or equivalents like COMENSA, EMCC).
Minimum 2 years of dedicated career coaching experience.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
Experience with psychometric tools is highly desirable.

Benefits

As an independent coach, you will be paid hourly for sessions and participate in monthly meetings. You will have dedicated coachees and manage your schedule via our CRM system.
