Our client is seeking a skilled freelance Career Coach to join their growing coaching community within an EdTech environment. In this role, you\’ll provide guidance and support to learners at various stages of their career journey. You\’ll work with individuals enrolled in postgraduate courses at internationally recognized universities and institutions, helping them achieve their career goals and develop essential skills for the future of work.

To deliver an exceptional coaching experience that equips digital talent with the skills and tools to advance their careers, foster self-leadership, and attain meaningful career outcomes.
Daily Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative and engaging career coaching sessions to support learners in maximizing their career opportunities, including:
- One-to-one coaching on career planning, development, and job search strategies
- Group coaching on skills development and personal growth
- Team coaching to develop effective teamwork
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Reliable internet connection, personal laptop with video and audio/mic functionality for online sessions
- Extensive experience as a career coach, with a proven track record of coaching professionals at various levels
- Experience delivering innovative career development frameworks through various formats (online and face-to-face)
- Experience coaching professionals in the digital skills industry; recruitment and outplacement experience is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Strong rapport-building skills and ability to foster coaching partnerships
- Flexibility to deliver remote coaching worldwide
- Empathetic, curious, and motivational approach to client engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Recognized coaching certification (ICF ACC or higher, COMENSA, EMCC)
- Minimum of 2 years of dedicated career coaching experience
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision
- Experience with psychometric tools (desirable)
Benefits
As an independent coach, you\’ll be paid hourly for sessions and meetings. You will have dedicated coachees and flexible scheduling via our CRM system.
