Overview
Location: This role is offered on an 18-month fixed term contract. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby office a minimum of two days a week.
We’re looking for a driven and commercially-minded UK Collections Manager to join our Accounts Receivable team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead specific sectors of the UK Market Credit Control team, driving cash collection performance, aged debt reduction, and DSO targets. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining strong governance, customer service excellence, and employee engagement across our credit operations.
What you will be doing
- Lead and develop specific sectors of the UK Credit Control team to meet cash and debtor targets.
- Resolve debtor queries and disputes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Produce month-end reports with insights and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
- Support legal action and maintain accurate bad debt provisions.
- Drive continuous improvement and service excellence across AR operations.
About you
- Fluent in English (additional languages are beneficial), with strong knowledge of UK AR legislation and practices.
- Proven leadership experience in credit control.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
