We’re looking for a Partnerships Service Manager to play a key role in building and maintaining effective relationships with the partners who provide people, software, and hardware capacity to our IS&T function. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders who are accountable for partner performance, ensuring smooth collaboration, strong governance, and high-quality delivery. This role is central to how we manage our partner ecosystem — from onboarding and operational support to financial oversight and performance reporting.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partnership Relationship Management
  • Support the Head of Supplier Management and key RS stakeholders with onboarding and ongoing partner requirements (e.g., work orders, new starter administration, equipment requests, induction sessions, compliance checks).
  • Coordinate regular partner reviews, including monthly engagement sessions, financial reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Track all software renewals and new requirements.
  • Manage hardware and telecoms requests.
  • Report on partner health in a timely and transparent manner, including financial status and qualitative feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with people and software/hardware partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partnership-related queries and escalations.
  • Identify opportunities for deeper collaboration, co-marketing, or product integration.
  • Performance & Reporting
    • Track, measure, and report on partner performance against agreed KPIs.
    • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide clear, actionable updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
    • Monitor licence usage and manage requests.
  • Financial Support
    • Manage purchase orders for resource, support, software, telecoms, and hardware.
    • Ensure strong financial controls are followed when tracking and approving partner invoices.
    • Support accurate planning and forecasting for partner spend in collaboration with Finance and key stakeholders.

    About you

You’re someone who thrives on building strong relationships and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes. You enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, balancing operational detail with strategic thinking, and keeping processes organised and efficient. You’re commercially aware, collaborative, and confident managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

    What you’ll need

    • Experience in partnership management, delivery, or account management.
    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities.
    • A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, practical approach.
    • A relationship-driven and highly collaborative working style.
    • An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

    Desirable

    • Experience in SaaS, technology, or recruitment environments.
    • Experience working with service providers and software/technology partners.
    • Familiarity with CRM or partner management tools.
    • Experience supporting global teams in a scaling organisation.
