Location: This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our offices across the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reward Strategy & Governance: Design and execute reward frameworks, lead key projects, and ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance across markets.
- Compensation & Benefits: Support salary and bonus cycles, job evaluation, and benefits programmes; advise on promotions, pay proposals, and job architecture.
- Performance & Incentives: Optimise bonus, sales incentive, and recognition programmes; analyse outcomes to ensure fairness and alignment with business goals.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain governance standards, legal and regulatory compliance, and pay equity reporting.
- Data, Insights & Reporting: Analyse reward data, generate actionable insights, and translate complex information for senior stakeholders.
About you:
- Experience in reward/compensation & benefits in a multinational matrix environment.
- Knowledge of reward practices, employment law, and market trends.
- Analytical, data-savvy, and confident with tools (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors).
- Strong communicator and stakeholder influencer.
- Global reward frameworks, multi-country projects, or organisational change experience is desirable.
- Professional reward qualification (CIPD, WorldatWork, GRP) is a plus.
- Experience of working with the Willis Towers Watson job architecture is desirable.
