This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of remote working and working from our Corby office.
We’re looking for a proactive and customer‑focused People Services Adviser to provide first‑line support on all People‑related topics. You’ll act as the central point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently while delivering a high‑quality service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working across multiple systems, and continuously developing their HR knowledge.
What You Will Be Doing
- Process and manage documentation related to employee life cycle events such as new hires, promotions, transfers and terminations.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, including preparing offer letters, contracts and conducting background checks.
- As the first point of contact for our employees, provide a timely response and resolution to a wide variety of HR related queries.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Actively contribute towards the development and continuous improvement of People systems, processes, content and procedures delivering more efficient services and cost improvements.
