Deliverables - Talent Acquisition & Internal Recruitment
- Own and deliver the end-to-end recruitment strategy for internal roles across:
- Recruitment & Talent Delivery
- Sales & Business Development
- Support Services: Finance, Marketing, Automation, IT
- Technical Operations: Project Management, CMC Quality Assurance & Auditors
Consultant Partnerships & Talent Communities
- Support the growth and development of RRxCo’s global consultant partnerships across Quality, Regulatory, and Validation services.
- Source, engage, qualify, and onboard high-quality consultants and subject-matter experts.
- Maintain strong relationships within the RRxCo consultant community to support current and future project delivery.
- Build proactive talent pipelines aligned with strategic growth areas.
Systems, Process & Continuous Improvement
- Own the management and optimisation of the Bullhorn CRM/ATS, ensuring accurate data capture, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment systems, processes, and ways of working.
- Utilise tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Ads to proactively source, engage, and attract talent.
- Develop and track recruitment KPIs, metrics, and reporting to inform decision-making.
Employer Branding & Market Positioning
- Work closely with Marketing to develop and refine RRxCo’s employee and consultant value proposition (USP).
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and market-facing messaging.
- Provide insight into talent market trends to strengthen RRxCo’s positioning as an employer and consulting partner.
Stakeholder Management & Autonomy
- Work independently and autonomously while maintaining close alignment with senior leadership.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver solutions effectively.
- Support the execution of the company’s growth strategy through proactive talent acquisition.
Profile
- UK-based with proven experience working remotely and autonomously.
- Previous experience in Life Science recruitment, specifically within Quality, Regulatory, Validation, CMC, or closely aligned technical disciplines.
- Proven track record in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Management, or Search (ideally within a consultancy or professional services environment).
- Hands-on experience using Bullhorn CRM/ATS.
- Strong experience delivering retained or executive search assignments.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting or building consultant / contractor communities is advantageous.
- It would be advantageous if you hold a Life Science degree.
- It would be advantageous if you have experience recruiting across international markets.
