The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

The candidate must be qualified in plumbing and be able to tile bathrooms and kitchens. Additionally, they must have a full driving licence and experience in full bathroom refurbishments and adaptations, as most of the work will be in social housing.

This position is full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 till 16:00. The candidate must work efficiently in an already thriving team and ensure they are respectful to the tenants during this testing time.
