Main Responsibilities

- Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the administration of all work passes (EP, S Pass, WP) and ensure adherence to MOM and BCA (A1 grading) standards.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of HR experience, with a heavy emphasis on recruitment (Construction industry experience is a major plus).
