Design and implement shop floor scheduling strategies to maximize throughput and meet production targets.
Set monthly Work-In-Progress (WIP) levels to hit global targets for inventory \”days-on-hand,\” covering everything from raw ingots to finished goods.
Conduct time studies to determine equipment capacity, taking into account material flow and process variations.
Identify bottlenecks and improve material flow; adjust plans dynamically based on changing customer specifications or yield variations.
Manage the specialized scheduling of ingot growth based on product mix and coordinate international deliveries to other company sites.

Degree in Engineering.
Come from a Semiconductor or Manufacturing background.
Strong understanding of manufacturing logistics and product costing.
Advanced PC skills are required.
Proficiency in C++ and Excel VBA (Visual Basic) is a significant advantage.
Ability to demonstrate team management skills.
