Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily procurement activities, including monitoring Purchase Orders (POs), coordinating delivery schedules, issuing supplier instructions, and following up on quotations.
- Handle supplier communication through phone and email.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Prepare procurement reports, such as Weekly PO Report, Open PO Report, and Cost Saving Report.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable sourcing.
- Coordinate subcontracting activities and vendor management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support operational requirements.
- Source, assess, and onboard new suppliers.
- Provide team support by covering tasks during colleagues’ absence.
