Main Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, and leading active ageing activities tailored to the Eunos Crescent community.
- Introducing new services or programmes based on the evolving needs of the elderly and evaluating their effectiveness through feedback.
- Managing communications with various stakeholders and collaborating with external organizations to deliver diverse programmes.
- Managing budgets and resources while providing guidance to volunteers assisting with activities.
- Identifying gaps in current services and initiating enhancements to ensure high standards of client engagement.
Requirements
- Diploma in Social Services or related fields.
- Experience in elderly community care, healthcare, or the social service sector.
- Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation methods.
Monday to Saturday; Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
