Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding, maintaining accurate HRIS data, and managing employee contracts and files.
- Act as a key liaison for cross-border HR inquiries from staff in regional offices.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance tracking, HR reporting, and the administration of benefits enrollments and policy updates.
- Handle the full recruitment cycle for the company.
- Plan and execute company-wide and HR-specific events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for basic IT management, including handling IT equipment, reports, and simple troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven years of experience in HR support roles. Exposure to HR practices and regulations across Southeast Asia is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
