Job Summary
Industry: Healthcare / Social Services (Eldercare)
Location: East region (Eunos Crescent)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9AM – 6PM
Main Responsibilities
- Managing volunteer programmes, including recruitment, training, deployment, and retention.
- Coordinating community engagement initiatives and working with internal teams and external partners to deliver programmes.
- Building partnerships with stakeholders such as grassroots organisations, corporations, and institutions.
- Planning and executing volunteer-led activities, including orientation, training, and appreciation events.
- Tracking volunteer engagement data, preparing reports, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals and funding requirements.
- Handling communication plans to support programme awareness and participation.
Requirements
- Diploma in Community Development / Engagement or related field.
- Prior experience in eldercare or community work is an advantage.
- Comfortable interacting with seniors and community stakeholders.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
- Require rotating shift work, which may include weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
