Main Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotes for customers and engage in pricing discussions with overseas agents and service partners.
- Oversee Importer/Exporter of Record (IOR/EOR) operations and ensure all documentation meets international regulations.
- Act as a central point of contact for overseas partners and internal teams to streamline shipment processing.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in trade-related paperwork to prevent delays in the supply chain.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Business.
- 1+ years in freight forwarding or trade is preferred; candidates with no experience are welcomed to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and a solid understanding of APAC trade regulations.
