Job Summary
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify critical export/outbound documents including invoices, packing lists, insurance policies, and certificates of origin.
- Manage Letter of Credit (LC) bank documentation and ensure all records meet legal and regulatory standards.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries regarding shipping status and resolve any logistical issues.
- Maintain meticulous digital and physical files (scanning/filing) while ensuring a high degree of data accuracy.
- Provide general administrative help to the department and handle various ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in a fast-paced MNC manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with the full shipping cycle, including Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), Proforma Invoices (PFI), and government trade regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel).
- Experience with Oracle software is highly preferred.
