Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire hiring process, from initial sourcing and screening to the final onboarding of new hires.
- Design and implement hiring strategies using diverse channels such as job portals, recruitment agencies, and career fairs; this includes organizing recruitment events.
- Act as the main liaison for recruitment agencies and partner with internal hiring teams, providing interview training and guidance where necessary.
- Manage the screening, interviewing, and reference-checking processes to present high-quality candidates to managers.
- Meet strict turnaround targets to ensure operational alignment and maintain rigorous compliance with weekly reporting and government regulations.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather retention insights and advise on HR policy updates based on market trends.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Backgrounds in the semiconductor or manufacturing industries are highly preferred, specifically with mass hiring (non-executive roles).
- Strong command of Singapore Employment Act and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is mandatory; SAP knowledge is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, high adaptability to fast-paced environments, and strong project management capabilities to handle volume hiring efficiently.
