Main Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Finance & Admin to develop long-term HR strategies and succession plans.
- Manage recruitment for Singapore and overseas locations, including Malaysia.

Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and labor laws.
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a shifting environment.
