Location: Bukit Batok
Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8:30AM–6:30PM, Fri 8:30AM–5:30PM
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting the Superintendent in overseeing daily operations and overall management of the welfare home.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., MSF guidelines, Destitute Persons Act, PDPA).
- Supervising staff, resident care, and facility standards to maintain a safe and well-managed environment.
- Managing programmes, services, and administrative processes within the home.
- Supporting financial and operational governance in line with regulatory requirements.
- Implementing improvements based on audit findings and board recommendations.
Requirements
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or relevant experience in social services).
- 1+ year of supervisory / leadership experience.
- Strong communication, writing, and administrative skills.
- Experience in operations, compliance, or welfare home / healthcare setting preferred.
- Good team management, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to support occasional weekend or evening duties when required.
- Require rotating shift work, which may include weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
