The Junior Administrator will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office and contribute to the delivery of the Company's business objectives. The post-holder will be required to form a proactive working relationship with the team.

What You'll Do:

  • Training will be required on all systems.
  • Preparation for meetings for the team.
  • Co-ordinating the team and preparation of printed material.
  • Preparing the room, greeting people for meetings, preparing drinks.
  • Diary management.
  • Attend meetings as and when required.
  • Participate in staff development as required.
  • Actively update the company CRM system with timesheets, enquiries and client details.
  • Office housekeeping for the whole building, maintaining stock levels for all sundry items, ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained and the kitchen is always clean and tidy.
  • Follow company processes and procedures as set out.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and to be able to reorganise priorities at short notice.

Every day is different, although certain aspects will have to be completed each day.

Training Outcome: Remain with the company and take on any future opportunities as they arise.
