A Year From Now... You’ll know you’ve had a successful first year if you’ve helped us achieve these three outcomes:

  • Introduced several new lead generation channels that consistently produce high-quality enquiries.
  • Increased the volume of qualified franchise prospects entering our sales pipeline.
  • Built repeatable lead generation activities that continue delivering opportunities over time.

This Role:

This is a genuinely hands-on role. We're looking for someone who enjoys researching markets, building relationships and creating new opportunities themselves rather than managing a sales team or developing high-level growth strategies. While our marketing team focuses on existing channels, you'll spend your time identifying new audiences, professional communities and partnership opportunities that introduce more people to The Travel Franchise.

When you identify a promising opportunity, you'll build relationships, nurture conversations and help develop it into a consistent source of high-quality enquiries before moving on to the next. You’ll have the freedom to explore new ideas, test different approaches and work closely with the wider team to continually improve how we generate new franchise opportunities.

Here’s The Experience We’re Looking For:

  • Around 3-5 years' experience within lead generation, business development, outbound sales or a similar prospecting-focused role.
  • Experience identifying and developing new lead generation opportunities, audience groups or business development channels.
  • A proactive approach to researching markets, identifying opportunities and starting conversations from scratch.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage new contacts and nurture opportunities.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to recognise which opportunities are worth pursuing.
  • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own workload while working as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable trying new ideas, learning quickly and continually improving your approach.

Why Join Us?

As one of the UK's fastest-growing travel businesses, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact while continuing to develop your career. You’ll have the freedom to explore new ideas, work directly with decision makers and see the commercial impact of your work.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.

Performance Bonus: Additional rewards linked to business performance.

Benefits: Discounted travel, private medical insurance, life insurance, Perkbox, learning and development budget and excellent opportunities for career progression.

Culture: Supportive, collaborative and built around our "Freedom & Responsibility" philosophy. We trust people to do great work and focus on outcomes rather than hours.

Who Are We?

Our marketing and sales teams play a huge part in making that happen, and we’re always looking for better ways to reach ambitious people who haven’t yet discovered what The Travel Franchise can offer. If you enjoy opening doors, building relationships and creating opportunities that genuinely help businesses grow, we’d love to hear from you.
