Senior IT Support Engineer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our growing technical delivery team for an experienced and motivated IT Support Engineer. The individual will provide IT support and project delivery for customers based in Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey & West London as well as in-house and remote projects. The role is on-site with major customers and at our head office in Windsor, Berkshire. The ideal candidate will be located in the East Berkshire area. A driving license and access to your own transport are required – a generous mileage allowance is paid for business travel. DBS enhanced security checks are required for all candidates.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of technologies and work within a fast-paced environment with the full support of our consultancy with over 20 years of IT service delivery experience.

We seek an individual with at least 5 years of customer-facing experience in almost any sector. Technically, you will need a minimum of two years of experience in a commercial IT support/projects role and ideally a degree or technical qualification in a relevant field. Candidates with recent Microsoft technical qualifications will be highly regarded.
