About the Role

We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking an experienced Partnerships Sales Manager to help our Travel Consultants develop impactful partnerships that boost sales and expand business opportunities.
Role Highlights
- Location: Bournemouth / Hybrid Working
- Full-time, Permanent
- Hours: 9am - 5pm, with some flexibility for evenings or weekends
- Reporting to: Head of Sales and Business Development

- Designing and delivering training programs for Travel Consultants on the partnership lifecycle

- Collaborating with Marketing and Business Development teams to create campaigns and tools for partner engagement
- Reviewing feedback to ensure training and marketing materials remain effective
