Based in the heart of Old Street, we're looking for a Paid Media Account Manager who's ready to take ownership of exciting campaigns for brands including Arsenal, Wilkinson Sword, Zalando, JVC and Watford FC. The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to own a portfolio of ambitious client accounts, developing and optimising Paid Media campaigns that deliver measurable business growth. You'll manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta while working alongside our SEO, Content and Digital PR specialists to deliver integrated marketing strategies that help clients achieve their commercial objectives.
Where You'll Add Value
- Manage a portfolio of Paid Media clients, taking ownership of campaign strategy, delivery and performance.
- Plan, build, optimise and report on Google Ads and Meta campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display and Paid Social.
- Monitor budgets, performance metrics and return on investment to maximise campaign success.
- Analyse campaign data using Google Analytics 4 and platform reporting to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop testing plans covering audiences, creative, bidding strategies and landing page performance.
- Present campaign performance, strategic recommendations and commercial insights to clients.
- Build trusted relationships through regular communication and strategic account management.
- Work closely with SEO, Content and Digital PR teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends and emerging Paid Media opportunities.
- Contribute ideas that continually improve campaign performance and client results.
About You
You come from agency and enjoy both the technical and commercial side of Paid Media. You're naturally curious, proactive and enjoy building long-term client relationships based on trust and results. You'll likely bring:
- Around 2+ years' Paid Media or PPC experience within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Commercial awareness and confidence presenting recommendations to clients.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts within a fast-paced agency environment.
- A genuine passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.
