RR is building its next-generation concierge management platform , and we\’re looking for an experienced Product Manager from the recruitment technology / ATS ecosystem to help shape it.

This is a hands‐on, consultative role focused on:

Defining and prioritising core product features for a modern concierge platform

Advising on AI-driven capabilities (automation, intelligence, workflows)

Reviewing and overhauling our existing platform and product architecture

Recommending best‐fit technologies, integrations, and stack choices

Acting as a strategic partner to founders and engineers during build‐out

You should have:

Strong Product Management experience in ATS, Rec-Tech, HR Tech, or adjacent SaaS

A track record of platform redesigns or greenfield builds

Practical experience applying AI/ML features to real products

Experience orchestrating and liaising with offshore development teams , ensuring delivery, clarity, and momentum

The ability to balance strategy, UX, and technical feasibility
