Your Role in the Story
This is a field‑based sales role with genuine autonomy and the opportunity to make a significant commercial impact.
Reporting to the Head of UK Sales, you will own and grow your territory, driving profitable sales through proactive business development and exceptional relationship management.
Dedicated primarily to fieldwork, you will spend four days a week meeting interior designers, architects and trade customers, uncovering new opportunities, presenting premium collections and developing long‑term commercial relationships.
One day a week will focus on prospecting, appointment generation and strengthening your pipeline.
- What Success Looks Like
- Own and grow your territory by identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across South West England and the Home Counties.
- Schedule and attend a minimum of 10 qualified customer appointments each week, maintaining a disciplined approach to prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Build trusted relationships with interior designers, architects and trade customers, developing long‑term partnerships and growing existing accounts.
- Present de Le Cuona’s premium collections through engaging client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Identify projects early and convert opportunities into profitable, long‑term business.
- Build and maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, ensuring excellent forecasting, reporting and opportunity management.
- Monitor market trends, customer activity and competitor movements to identify new commercial opportunities.
- Produce insightful weekly sales reports and contribute to monthly sales meetings.
- Represent de Le Cuona professionally across client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, Design Week, Craft Week and other industry events.
- Collaborate with the wider UK Sales team to deliver ambitious growth plans and an exceptional customer experience.
About You
You’ll be a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and consistently exceeding targets.

- Proven success within field sales, business development or territory management.
- A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong presentation skills with the confidence to engage customers one‑to‑one and in group settings.
- A highly organised, self‑motivated and disciplined approach to managing your own territory.
- Strong commercial awareness with a results‑focused mindset.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage sales activity and opportunities.
- A willingness to spend at least four days each week travelling throughout your territory.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
