Key Responsibilities
- Develop back-end systems using C# and Delphi based on customer requirements.
- Manage and mentor other developers to ensure engagement and professional growth.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.

- Implement and improve internal development processes for efficiency.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.
Candidate Profile
