You’ll be the operational engine that keeps MSB running smoothly — from client delivery to building simple, human-first systems that empower our team and delight our partners. About Us:
Since starting in 2017 with just two founders and £40k turnover, MSB has grown into a global coaching company with a core team of 6, 24 associates, approaching £1 million in revenue. We provide executive coaching for international school leaders, working with top groups like Nord Anglia, GEMS, and ESF. Our coach training boasts a 100% NPS, and our partnerships continue to expand.
The Head of Operations Role:
You will be the key person ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes, leading our systems (especially HubSpot or similar tools), managing data, optimizing processes, and supporting decision-making to fuel growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, system integration, data accuracy, and team events.
- Data & Reporting: Manage data, produce impactful reports and dashboards, ensure GDPR compliance.
- Risk & Troubleshooting: Monitor systems, assess risks, resolve issues proactively.
- Strategy & Process Improvement: Drive automation, streamline processes, align with business goals.
- Stakeholder Support & Training: Support and train team members on tools and systems.
