Β£25,000 β Β£30,000 depending on experience and portfolio. Plus flexible working hours and other perks.
About the role
We are looking for a new creative thinker to join our fast-paced design team on a 12 month fixed term contract role. The right candidate may be offered a pathway to permanent employment on completion of the contract.
Responsibilities
- Involved in an exciting variety of creative projects including brand identity & implementation, campaigns, websites, digital applications, marketing & comms materials, as well as prospective pitches for new clients.
Requirements / What we look for
- Portfolio showing a diverse range of projects that illustrates well thought-out and rationalised solutions from concepts to creation with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with knowledge of Figma preferred. Solid foundation in design principles (grids, layouts, hierarchy) and knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Time management: highly organised with prioritisation and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Problem-solving: ability to interrogate and solve briefs to generate concepts that meet client objectives and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Team collaboration: comfortable taking ownership of projects while working with more senior team members.
- Communication: excellent verbal and written communication to articulate concepts and solutions to team members, project managers and clients.
