Bulk™ is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop skills, standards and capabilities on the Colchester factory floor. You will craft SOPs, deliver hands-on training and maintain competency records to keep GMP and BRCGS standards by the book.
This role is office-based in Colchester five days per week and focuses on quality, compliance and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with Manufacturing Leadership and Technical teams to identify gaps, drive improvements and ensure training aligns
