As a Post Booking Executive, your role is to keep bookings moving smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll verify bookings, check supplier documentation, resolve discrepancies, and make sure information is accurate across our systems.

- Teams can rely on accurate information to support customers effectively
What You’ll Own
- Process and verify bookings accurately across company systems, ensuring customer details, supplier information, costs, and documentation are correct.
- Ensure bookings progress efficiently by resolving issues quickly, chasing missing information, and removing blockers before they impact customers.
- Cross-check supplier invoices, booking components, and internal systems to ensure everything aligns correctly.
- Work closely with Travel Consultants to resolve booking queries, explain discrepancies, and support them through post-booking processes.
- Manage amendments and booking updates accurately while ensuring all systems, documentation, and financials remain aligned.
- Support operational accuracy and legal compliance by ensuring processes are followed consistently and issues are escalated appropriately.
- Help identify better ways of working - reducing errors, improving workflows, and making life easier for customers, consultants, and colleagues.
What Success Looks Like (12 Months)
- Bookings are processed accurately and within agreed timescales
- Fewer booking discrepancies and reduced rework
- Travel Consultants trust the team to identify issues early
- Supplier invoices and booking data consistently match internal systems
Key Metrics You’ll Be Measured On
- SLA adherence for post-booking tasks
- Number of booking discrepancies identified and resolved
- Amendment turnaround times
- Consultant satisfaction and feedback
- Data accuracy across systems and documentation

You are:
- Highly organised and methodical
- Detail-focused without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Calm under pressure and comfortable managing volume
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- A clear communicator who enjoys helping others
- Someone who takes pride in getting things right
What You’re Great At
- Spotting discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Managing repetitive tasks without losing accuracy
- Following processes while using good judgement
- Communicating clearly and professionally
- Working confidently across multiple systems
