What You’ll Own
- Booking Accuracy & Verification – Process and verify bookings accurately across company systems, ensuring customer details, supplier information, costs, and documentation are correct.
- Keeping Bookings Moving – Ensure bookings progress efficiently by resolving issues quickly, chasing missing information, and removing blockers before they impact customers.
- Supplier & System Accuracy – Cross‑check supplier invoices, booking components, and internal systems to ensure everything aligns correctly.
- Supporting Travel Consultants – Work closely with Travel Consultants to resolve booking queries, explain discrepancies, and support them through post‑booking processes.
- Amendments & Changes – Manage amendments and booking updates accurately while ensuring all systems, documentation, and financials remain aligned.
- Compliance & Risk Reduction – Support operational accuracy and legal compliance by ensuring processes are followed consistently and issues are escalated appropriately.
- Continuous Improvement – Help identify better ways of working – reducing errors, improving workflows, and making life easier for customers, consultants, and colleagues.
