That's where we come in. We're The Travel Franchise - the UK's leading travel franchise, voted Best Lifestyle Franchise in the World two years running. - UK-based | Bournemouth Preferred | Remote with Regular In-Person Collaboration
- £45,000 - £50,000 DOE + Performance Bonus

Your Background / Skills:

A Year From Now... You’ll know you’ve had a great year if you’ve helped us achieve these three outcomes:
- Reduced cost-per-acquisition through continuous optimisation, testing and improving campaign performance.
- Increased qualified franchise enquiries while maintaining lead quality.
- Helped support the growth of our marketing investment by consistently delivering measurable ROI.
The Role:
You’ll play a key role in delivering and continuously improving the performance marketing activity that drives franchise enquiries for The Travel Franchise. Working directly with our Co-Founders, you’ll receive immediate feedback on lead quality and campaign performance, giving you a genuine understanding of how your work impacts commercial results. This is a genuinely hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys personally building, managing and optimising campaigns rather than managing a team or directing agencies. If you love getting into Google Ads, Meta and HubSpot every day, testing ideas and continually improving performance, you’ll feel right at home. You’ll have the autonomy to make recommendations, try new ideas and improve campaign performance while remaining closely involved in the day-to-day delivery.
Here’s The Experience We’re Looking For:
- Proven PPC experience with at least 4 years’ hands-on performance marketing experience, managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns that deliver measurable commercial results.
- HubSpot expertise – ideally 5+ years’ hands-on experience using HubSpot.
- A genuine CPA improvement story – you’ve materially reduced cost-per-acquisition before and can explain exactly how you achieved it.
- Strong experience across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Google Ads and Meta certifications would be advantageous).
- Good understanding of lead generation funnels and multi-stage sales processes.
- Confident interpreting campaign data and presenting meaningful insights that support business decisions.
- Good SEO fundamentals together with an awareness of how AI Search (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity etc.) is changing search behaviour.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach. You enjoy taking ownership, solving problems and continually improving performance.
- Strong exposure to SEO/organic search preferred.
The Rewards For You:
- You’ll join a growing marketing team where you’ll have genuine ownership of your campaigns, direct access to decision makers and the opportunity to make a visible impact on business growth.
- As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities to develop your skills, take on additional responsibility and grow your career with us.
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
- Performance Bonus: Additional rewards linked to commercial performance.
- Professional Development: Dedicated training budget to support your continued development.
- Holiday & Travel: Generous holiday entitlement together with genuine travel opportunities.
- Culture: Netflix-inspired "Freedom & Responsibility". We hire great people, provide context rather than control and focus on outcomes over hours worked.
