We are delighted to be working with a highly local authority to appoint a Director – Housing Services to lead and oversee all aspects of housing delivery and management across the community. This is a high-profile, strategic role with real responsibility and variety. You’ll shape housing strategy, ensure excellent service delivery, and drive operational and performance improvements across the authority’s housing functions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for all housing services, including allocations, tenancy management, repairs, and estate management.
- Develop and implement innovative housing strategies that meet community needs and statutory obligations.
- Ensure operational delivery of housing services meets high standards of quality, efficiency, and resident satisfaction.
