Interim contract – 12 Months (Initially) Day rate - Negotiable Hybrid Working

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and leading regeneration strategies.
  • Aligning regeneration goals with the borough’s Local Plan, London Plan, and community needs.
  • Advising councillors and senior leadership on regeneration opportunities.
Project Delivery:
  • Leading major redevelopment projects such as estate regeneration, town centre revitalisation, or infrastructure improvements.
  • Managing multidisciplinary teams, including planning, housing, transport, and economic development officers.
