Head of Regeneration key responsibilities: Developing and leading regeneration strategies. Aligning regeneration goals with the borough’s Local Plan, London Plan, and community needs. Advising councillors and senior leadership on regeneration opportunities. Project Delivery: Leading major redevelopment projects such as estate regeneration, town centre revitalisation, or infrastructure improvements. As the Head of Regeneration you will be managing multidisciplinary teams, including planning, housing, transport, and economic development officers.
