Director of Housing Needs - Key Responsibilities & Skills:- Lead the strategic development and delivery of housing needs services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and national housing policies.
- Manage and oversee the provision of housing support services, including homelessness prevention, allocations, and housing assessments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local government bodies, housing providers, and third-sector organizations, to influence policy and improve service delivery.
