We are seeking a skilled and versatile Carpenter/ Multi-Trades professional to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position working in the SS and CM postcodes, on a self-employed basis. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks to support the team as well as work alone at times on projects big and small. Additionally, you will collaborate with our construction team to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of projects, adhering to safety standards and delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in domestic project Carpentry and Finish Carpentry
  • Skilled in the use of Power Tools and Hand Tools for various types of construction tasks
  • Experience with all domestic and structural woodwork
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Experience in other construction trades (e.g., plumbing, electrics, plastering, bricklaying, tiling) is a plus
