Rally Preparation Services is a specialist classic and vintage car restoration, preparation, and maintenance company in Witney Oxfordshire. We work with classic car owners at the highest level and are renowned globally for our unique expertise in both the classic and vintage car market.
We are looking for either a true leader with a proven track record in the industry to help run our busy workshop, specifically someone that specialises in restoring and preparing classic and vintage cars or we are also keen to speak to candidates looking to further their prospects and progress in the classic car world.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Classic and vintage car industry experience: solid, proven technical experience, ideally within the highly specialised Classic/Vintage market.
- Leadership & project oversight: experience in overseeing complex projects and providing effective leadership to the workshop team.
- Ability to deal with daily workshop tasks.
- Efficiently working towards deadlines.
- Teamwork: a strong desire to be a team player who motivates and collaborates effectively.
- Rally Preparation: demonstrated experience in preparing vehicles to a high standard for competitive classic car rallying.
- Attention to Detail: excellent attention to detail is paramount for the quality and safety of our vehicles.
- Communication: strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Numeracy & IT: excellent numeracy skills and a high level of computer literacy.
- Understanding financial side of projects.
- Confidentiality: understanding and respecting the necessity for confidentiality.
