We are now looking for a capable and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team and work alongside our Marketing Manager and the rest of the Management Team. This role will play a key part in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activity across the business, helping to strengthen and grow a highly respected brand within the automotive and motorsport sector. This is a part-time position, with strong potential to develop into a full-time role as the business continues to expand.
About the Role
We are seeking someone who is not only creative but also practical and proactive, someone who can take ownership of tasks, deliver work to a high standard, and contribute ideas that add real value. The right candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing their own workload, and seeing projects through from concept to completion. At the same time, you must be able to take direction from management, respond to feedback, and align your work with wider business objectives. You will be expected not just to follow direction, but to contribute ideas, identify opportunities, and execute them effectively. We are looking for someone who can genuinely do the job, not just plan or suggest, but someone who can create, deliver and continuously improve.

Applicants should have hands‑on experience in a similar marketing role, or be able to demonstrate a clear track record of successfully delivering marketing campaigns and content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and publish engaging content for the RPS website, including articles, blogs, and news features, as well as content for social media
- Plan, prepare, and execute email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms
- Design and edit high-quality visual content, including images, banners, and infographics using Adobe Creative Suite
- Support digital content production, including photography and video (basic video editing skills are a strong advantage)
- Represent RPS at events in the UK and, where appropriate, internationally
Location: Ideally, candidates will be based within one hour’s drive of Witney, Oxfordshire. However, we are open to exceptional applicants from further afield.
