RPS Group is seeking an Administrator to join our operations support team where you will be supporting the Services UK division, working as part of a team in our Warrington Office. This is a 40hr a week, hybrid role (2 days home working 3 days office based), working Monday to Friday.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deal with all incoming calls and support the team with general office administration including responding to emails, collating and distributing reports and updating databases.
- Organise courier collections and deliveries and deal with all incoming and outgoing post.
- Respond to email enquiries, communicate with Engineers, Suppliers, and customers.
- Update information on RPS in-house systems.
- Act on jobs allocated through an online help desk system.
- Communicate with our clients in relation to new starters and confirm back to them when registration is complete.
- Process orders and raise purchase requisitions.
- Book travel and hotel bookings.
Who we’re looking for?
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Good IT skills, with previous experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment with the drive to use own initiative.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible, with a can-do attitude to tasks.
- A full driving licence preferable.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Fast paced environment.
- Self-motivated and highly organised.
- Excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills.
