RPS is currently seeking a Technical Director – Data Centre to join our Architecture team based in Birmingham with hybrid working.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, review, and manage projects (both bids and live projects) ensuring client requirements and deadlines are met and are undertaken.
- Lead the development of relationships with new and existing clients and key stakeholders to achieve trusted advisor status with multiple clients.
- Identify and support business development initiatives including attending relevant sector group meetings, providing market intelligence and input to strategy and business plans, preparing tenders and presentations, and attending business to business meetings.
- Contribute to the preparation and implementation of strategic business plans prepared by the Operations Director and Senior Directors.
- Lead and manage a team providing line management responsibilities and technical leadership to guide the team in project delivery.
- Lead and participate in building a positive team spirit and maintain a culture that retains employees, identifies talent, promotes, and supports career development.
- Mentor and manage individuals within the team, sharing knowledge and expertise, provide training and business development assistance to members of staff as and when required.
