We're looking for experienced Senior Wastewater Modellers to join our dynamic and growing Water Consultancy team operating across the UK. You'll work on exciting AMP8 and AMP9 projects, ensuring exceptional water services in a collaborative environment.

About Us: RPS, Tetra Tech are actively engaged in several long-term wastewater programmes across the UK water industry, helping our clients address major pollution and flooding challenges. As part of these programmes our wastewater consulting team undertake a broad range of projects including urban drainage and water quality modelling studies; WINEP, SOAF, DWMPs and catchment investment planning; and the development of engineering solutions from feasibility through to outline and detailed design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver wastewater catchment strategies and solutions, including hydraulic modelling and analysis.
- Develop wastewater solutions through outline and detailed design.
- Ensure quality outputs and compliance with standards and governance requirements.
- Lead a team to maintain strong client relationships and manage project team members.
- Drive continuous improvement of tools and processes for efficiency and innovation.
- Travel to client sites or other RPS/Tetra Tech offices as needed.
What You Bring:
- Experience in urban drainage projects, hydraulic modelling and solution development.
- Proficiency in InfoWorks ICM.
- Strong knowledge of water industry regulations and legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS 365 applications, including advanced Excel, PowerBI, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with GIS systems (MapInfo, ArcGIS, QGIS) and tools like FME, Optimatics, or Python is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant technical field (postgraduate preferred).
- Chartered or working towards chartership.
- Affiliation with a professional institution (CIWEM, ICE, IWater) is desirable.
