The Role
We’re seeking talented graduates to join our Geotechnical Engineering team in Glasgow. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to the design and delivery of renewables infrastructure projects across Scotland and supporting our Northern Ireland business within Tetra Tech RPS. You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing consultancy with a broad range of services.
Your Impact In This Position
You’ll play a key role in supporting the technical delivery of projects, gaining hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle—from concept design to construction. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, attend client meetings and site visits, and produce technical drawings and calculations that meet industry standards. With mentorship from senior engineers and access to a structured development programme, you’ll build the skills and experience needed to progress toward chartership and beyond.

Programme Highlights

Your Pathway
You’ll be assigned a location, cost centre, line manager, and a ‘home’ technical discipline based on your qualifications and business needs. If you wish to explore a different discipline at the end of the programme, we’ll consider this based on interests and business requirements.
Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Partnership
As part of the scheme, you’ll have access to the CMI Foundation Chartered Manager pathway through flexible online Bite Size programs to build leadership and management skills.

Shortlisted candidates will complete an online assessment, followed by a final assessment (in-person interview or assessment centre, depending on location and discipline).
