Overview

RPS, a Tetra Tech company, is looking for a Business Support Executive to be based in Newark or Birmingham.

The Business Support Executive will support the BSM to deliver a high level of administrative and project finance support to the technical teams across the business unit at varying locations.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Administration support tasks: Ensure effective administrative support is provided to all technical teams including editing of documents and presentations as well as any printing, binding or scanning; office or team collaboration and wellbeing events.
  • Commercial/Business/Financial Support: Support the BSM in the appropriate coding and processing of supplier invoices; when needed, support the Business Support Managers (Operations) in the management of the P&L account; undertake other duties / responsibilities that assist the technical teams such as project finance support, processing budget changes, setting up projects; undertake weekly timekeeper responsibility; support the senior team where required; assist other BSEs as required.
  • Assisting others: Undertaking other duties / responsibilities that assist the technical teams; deputise for the BSM (administration) where required; support the senior team where required; assist other BSMs as required.
