RPS are seeking Leakage Technicians for our NI Water contract covering North Down. Technicians will be expected to conduct detailed investigation of clean water networks to identify leakage and unaccounted for consumption to achieve the client’s targets. This is truly a great opportunity for an individual to develop their skills and experience with one of the UK’s leading Environmental Consultancies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct detailed investigation of the water network to identify leakage & unaccounted for consumption.
- Utilise equipment to pinpoint leak location and promotion of repairs, on both public and private ground.
- Attend and support maintenance teams as and when required.
- Step testing and Pressure Zero Testing of water network.
- Detailed reporting via data collection apps.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience or working on the clean water network.
- Competent technician with experience or understanding of correlation, ground mic, quantification, and step testing.
- Demonstrable experience working in a similar role.
- Fully competent in utility tracing, noise logging and asset surveying.
- EUSR water hygiene card.
- StreetWorks Accreditation (Level 1 or above).
- Competent IT skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence (required).
