As part of the RPS strategy to develop our asset management offering across the water industry, we have a number of exciting job opportunities across England, Wales and Northern Ireland coming live in the Autumn.
The RPS Asset Survey business provides industry leading services to the UK Water Industry and our employees are involved in services supporting Water Networks, Drainage, Surveying, Leakage Consultancy, Water Resources and Efficiency.
Due to a growing workload across various established and new client contracts, we will be looking to hire Leakage Engineers at various levels of experience from Trainee Leakage Technicians through to experienced Leakage Technicians.
We are particularly interested to talk to candidates who already have experience in any of the following roles or who are committed to joining us as a trainee and building a career in this line of work:
- Prior experience in Leakage Detection including Acoustic Sounding, Leak Noise Correlation, Utility Tracing, Step-testing and Quantification.
- Experience in Customer Side Leakage requiring excellent Customer Service with an understanding of s.75 Legal Notice process.
- Trunk-main leakage detection roles.
All our roles require flexibility to work weekends, evenings and overtime if required as well as a willingness to travel to different locations. A UK or Irish driving licence is a necessity. It is essential that you enjoy working outdoors, as come rain or shine, you will mostly be outside.
Locations of particular interest to us at this time include Wales (all regions), South-East England (Kent, Sussex and Hampshire), Northern Ireland and Yorkshire (all areas).
