RPS Occupational Health have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health (OH) Physician who will be responsible for providing chargeable service delivery, whilst maintaining professional standards and accreditation. This casework will normally be conducted from an RPS OH base in London. This is a permanent role working 2-5 days per week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Undertaking a wide variety of casework including:
- Management referrals
- Pension eligibility assessments
- HSE Appointed Doctor medicals
- OEUK medicals
- Tier 4 Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome assessments
Part of your role will be to participate in audit activities that benefit clinical practice to maintain SEQOHS accreditation. It will also be part of your remit to oversee quality and clinical management – ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance, “best in class” customer relations management, supporting business development, health and safety, people and financial management, and continued professional development.
Who we’re looking for:
- Diploma in Occupational Medicine
- MFOM qualified with rail experience
- IT literate with working knowledge of MS Office suite; eOPAS and able to learn new systems quickly
- Knowledge of quality management and accreditation systems and work-related health matters
- Flexible, highly motivated team player with outstanding people skills
- Ability to understand and meet targets and deadlines
- Able to learn and assimilate new information
- Well-developed deductive and intuitive abilities
- Full UK driving licence
