RPS Occupational Health have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedOccupational Health (OH) Advisor to join our team in Poole and Fareham as aperipatetic employee. This is a permanent role and can be worked over 3-5 daysper week with a mixture of hybrid working, travel and overnight stays.

What you’ll be doing
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will ensure the delivery of classleading service for the supply of case management, health surveillance, healthscreening and health promotion to clients. This work is delivered at clientsites, RPS sites or from mobile screening units.
- Be the face of ‘quality service’ for RPS Group and be responsible for the advice given and service perception of the employee and organisation
- Support RPS business development and support growth by identifying and winning new clients.
- Responsible for the provision of proactive Occupational Health to client companies and to co-ordinate defined OH activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and to prevent adverse health effects arising from workplace activities through the application of specialist skills and knowledge standards.
Who we’re lookingfor
- RGN qualified ideally holding a post-registration qualification in OH
- Experienced in all aspects of OH service delivery including health service delivery, case management, health surveillance and screening procedures
- Willing to undertake personal CPD to maintain your NMC registration
- High degree of self motivation and management
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient IT skills including MS office suite
- Strong team player and able to lead by example
- Full UK driving licence and able to travel with some overnight stays
